We change things up often. In my 29 years, I've never been bored. I'm challenged by constantly trying to improve what we offer our members to make sure it's relevant and interesting. Elements keeps me on my toes! I believe in what we do and feel truly blessed to get paid to do something I absolutely love.

Like a Bank, Only Better

Sure, we offer checking, savings, credit cards, loans and investments. But as a credit union, profits are returned to you in the form of reduced fees, higher savings rates and lower loan rates. And because our objective is to improve the financial lives of our member-owners, we provide personal attention and financial-wellness services like onsite educational events at our partner companies.

1930 is When We Got Started

Founded in 1930 during the Great Depression, Eli Lilly management wanted to protect its employees from street lenders and loan sharks.

Eighty-five years later, we introduced the Elements Financial brand on January 6, 2015 to pay tribute to our Lilly roots and bring attention to the elements of our financial lives, wellness, and success.

Our Purpose Defines Why We’re Here

We are driven by our purpose statement: “Empowering members to achieve financial success.”

I believe integrity is at the center of any relationship. I had the pleasure of attending our Integrity Coaching Program in 2018 alongside nearly a dozen of my coworkers to learn best practices in sales, all based on building and strengthening relationships with our members.
